This artwork utilises overlapping lines to create the illusion of depth or movement as the viewer changes their angle of view. In this engaging piece the animals depicted appear to animate as the viewer moves. This effect is achieved by strategically aligning the vertical lines creating the animals at slightly different spacing, so as the viewer shifts their perspective, a different view is visible, creating the illusion of motion.
